Well I just tell everyone how wonderful A is doing in his new school at at about 12:45 I got a call from the Police officer at his school. A 'went off' at school and has just been charged with Disorderly Conduct. The nice thing, I didn't ahve to go get him. They take care of him and control him for the day. He will face consequences at school as well as now having yet another court hearing.

My heart now aches, when will this slow down?

Well, as DD is finishing up her senior year, prom has come along. We live in a very large school district, and there are three high schools. Drug screening

B has always had to undergo random drug screenings b/c of concerns tied to previous drug and alcohol use. She has always tested negative to anything, but yet always shows a reading for alcohol. Just last week she showed a small reading for marijuana as well, but once again not in the positive range. I just wondered if anyone understood how these numbers worked and what type of involvement B must have had with marijuana to get a reading, but not a positive one.

My son ran today. He is 15 years old and ran sometime between 12:15pm and 3pm today. 14yo B is a smoker. She told me she used to smoke 3 packs a day, but eventually worked it back down to 1. This was before entering foster care. She tells me that she is not smoking now, but I really don't believe it. Juvenile arrested in theft of fire engine

A 16 year old from Madera was arrested Saturday night on numerous charges including suspicion of stealing a Visalia Fire Department fire engine valued at approximately $450,000.

Visalia Police report firefighters responded to a medical aid in the 3900 block of West Meadow at 11:22 p.m. At 11:45 p.m. a witness observed the juvenile enter the 2006 Pierce fire engine and drive away from the scene.

Watch out if you have teen boys. Some girls are fast and they send crazy amounts of text messages. One sent 54 messages in 90 minutes! I think we could get a restraining order for less than that! We changed a phone number today just to get away from her. Ick!!
